The Original Sichuan Chilli Oil
Our first product, The Original Sichuan chilli oil. Made by hand in Edinburgh, each bottle
contains 250ml of our lightly spicy, flavoursome oil. Add a splash to spice up
your cooking or use as a condiment or dipping sauce.
Ingredients (in order of weight): rapeseed oil, chilli flakes, Sichuan peppercorns,
garlic, black vinegar (water, glutinous rice, wheat bran, sugar, salt), fine sea salt, spices.
